Get help with Replay audio concerts, your VNUE account, purchases, downloads, or creator tools.
Account and purchases
Sign in with the same VNUE account used for the purchase. Your available concerts appear in My Library.
Concert downloads
Purchased concerts can be streamed track by track and downloaded as one complete ZIP from My Library. Tell us which concert is affected if playback or the ZIP download fails.
Creator and recording help
For upload, Replay Studio, track-splitting, publishing, or show-management questions, include the artist and show name.
Contact VNUE Replay
Include your account email, the artist or concert name, your device and browser, and a short description of what happened. Never send a password or payment-card number.
